I provide one-on-one online training and nutrition coaching as well as small group/community options. I am available for speaking engagements and for corporate wellness events.

- Online Monthly Coaching
This option is ideal for those who are looking for someone to oversee their entire training process, while still training on your own time: the personal trainer at your fingertips! We will start with a detailed questionnaire and a movement assessment; from there you will be provided with individualized programming tailored to your specific needs, goals, preferred training schedule and equipment that you have access to (if any). Coaching includes weekly check-ins for accountability, the ability to submit videos of you performing exercises for questions or to check your form, and access to me as your coach (via message, voice and video) along the way. Four weeks of programming will be provided via True Coach at a time; this is the user-friendly coaching app I utilize that contains video demonstrations and takes all of the guesswork out of your training so you know exactly what to do each and every time you train.
- Online Monthly Nutrition Coaching
Personalized nutrition coaching is the best way to ensure that you are meeting your training performance, health and/or aesthetic goals. Accountability is key when it comes to nutrition coaching, which is why I believe having access to your coach at all times is of utmost importance. We will start with a detailed questionnaire about your habits, struggles and your goals. You will not find any dogmatic beliefs about nutrition or cookie-cutter programs in my coaching; as a Precision Nutrition certified coach, I believe in making behavioral-based changes for lasting, sustainable results. No two people are alike when it comes to food preferences or managing nutrition, so we will work together to craft a plan that works for YOU and your lifestyle. Coaching includes weekly check-ins and access to me as your coach (via message, video and audio) for questions along the way.
- Online Monthly Programming/Coaching + Nutrition Coaching
Improving yourself through sound physical training goes hand in hand with optimum nutrition. With this option you will receive everything outlined above for both online training and nutrition coaching. Allow me to oversee your entire training and nutrition process for the best possible results.
- Monthly Training Programs
If one-on-one coaching isn’t in your budget, you can still have access to my programming! For a small monthly fee, you will receive my programming at your fingertips, delivered via the app I use for all coaching clients, True Coach. This takes the guesswork out of what you should be doing each time you step foot in the gym, providing structured training to help you achieve results. You can select a 2, 3 or 4 day per week training option; this program assumes that you have access to dumbbells or kettlebells.
- 12-Week Individualized Program
Looking for something specific, without any frills? Have me customize a 12-week program according to YOUR goals, YOUR needs/limitations and with the equipment YOU have available is the next best thing to having direct coaching! You’ll receive your program via True Coach within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
